	REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTAL:

	thank you for choosing to book with Advantage. In order to make the booking and rental experience easier for you, we have outlined below certain requirements that you must fulfil in order to successfully rent one of our cars. Whilst some of these are mandatory within the car rental industry others have been introduced to make our operation more cost efficient. This is just one of several ways with which we can consistently offer customers lower prices.

BASIC CONDITION:

the client assumes the responsibility for the accidents provoked by driving under influence of alcohol, by thus contract accepting to pay the damages indemnified by the assurance society.

RENTING CONDITIONS:

the payment will me made in lei (cash) at the currency of the BNR bank course at the taking over the vehicle according the price list in force.
report if you want to quit to rent a car(at last 24 hour before) or any delaying of deliver the car.
report all accidents immediately.
driver can be:only the client or driver indicated in this rental agreement.
you are responsible for all traffic violations.
minimum rental perios in a day is 24 hours.
minimum driving experience for the client and additional driver is 2 years.
the car is rented with a full fuel tank and it must be returned exactly the same.
the car can be delivered to a specified destination and can be taken back from any city.The fee for this service is 0.5 Euro.
the client assumes the responsibilities to pay the fines taking during the rental period.

CLIENT'S OBLIGATION:

For client is forbidden:

to take part at sporting automotive contest.
to rent the vehicle, to illegally transport merchandise under customs provisions or ther kinds or forbidden merchandise or animals.
to drive under the influence of alcohol drinks or being tired.
faults due to usage :over 20 EURO during the contracted period are perfomed only with the consent of the renting company (eventually with a telephonic agreement). The bils of the repairs are paid by the clent's unproper use.
the responsibilities are limited,excepting following causes of damages:
intended or by negligence caused damage.
permitting other persons then those indicated on the contract to drive the vehicle / to drive under the influence of alcoholic drinks or being tired.
in the case of any urgent reparation the rapair of the car must made by qualified person.
is not allowed for the client to transport anything for money, for other persons (physical or juridical persons) with the rented car.
The rented car will be reported as stollen if the client does not anounce a pertinent reason for not having returned the rented car in a period of 3 days from the contract expiring date.

ATTITUDE IN CASE OF A ACCIDENTS:

immediately call the police and allow them to make the necessary investigations.
even in case of small damages, a detailed report should be submitted to the company.
establishing names and adresses of the participating persons and withnesses and recording the indentification plates of the involved vehicles.
no obligation is to be recognised.
the vehicle is not to be left without ensuring in advance its guarding and security.
in case of accidents or damages by the fault of the client a penalty fee in amount of 500 Euro will be charged to cover the expenses generated by the unusable vehicle and the recovery of the CASCO insurance.
